Is teleportation possible?

Yes, why not…it happens all the time.

According to Newtonian theory this is blatantly IMPOSSIBLE. As according to this, objects can move only from one point to another in space, the don’t just disappear and reappear somewhere else.

But in the quantum theory that is precisely what particles can do. Physicists have discovered that electrons act like waves and can make quantum leaps in their seemingly chaotic motion within an atom. Schrödinger’s wave shows us the probability of finding a particle at a place and time. This gave yield to Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle which is just saying that we cannot know the exact position and velocity of an electron. Nor can you know the exact energy, measured over a given amount of time. It is at the quantum level all basic laws of common sense are violated. In contrast to Newton’s law, electrons can appear and disappear elsewhere. They can also be at many places at the same time. This quantum jumps are very common inside an atom. Even all the atoms of your body are teleporting you can rely on this from teleportation as all the effects average out.

Quantum entanglement

According to the EPR experiment two electrons in coherence can remain in a wavelike synchronization, so even if the are separated miles apart, there is still some invisible Schrödinger wave connecting them both. So if something happens to one electron that information is immediately transferred to the other. This is the concept of quantum entanglement

We have teleported photons, cesium atoms and so on. Well, not what you wanted to hear but, we are yet to teleport any organic life form. The process it a bit to complex. First you’ll have to entangle two atoms and then introduce a third one. COMPLETE THIS

But the bad thing about quantum entanglement teleportation is that the life form or particle would be annihilated. This is kind of like fictional cloning but destroying the original.

Bose Einstein condensate (BEC)

Quantum entanglement isn’t the only way. There’s also the Bose Einstein condensate. This involves the use of BEC, one of the coldest substances in our universe, to cool down matter to near absolute zero; this causes the atoms to tumble to the lowest energy state. Which causes their vibrations to be in unison. During this process some excess energy is shed of as light. We can send this light beam through fiber optic cables. Remarkably, the light contains enough quantum information to describe it. This light then hits another BEC and transforms it into the original matter.

I said teleportation was complicated not impossible. Possibly in the future we’ll find a way to teleport larger and more complex organisms.
